How To Make It Rain CMA’s (and Win More Listings)

One of my favorite products in the market right now is Homebot.

It puts home values back to work for you (instead of against you). Once a month, every month, it sends the consumer what they call the Homebot Monthly Wealth Digest.

It’s a simple but effective email that says, “your home value has been updated for 123 Main Street, click here to see your value.” It looks like this:

That’s it. One email, once per month every month.

All automated.

Our agents who are using Homebot are getting crazy high engagement.

Now I know, CMA’s don’t exactly equal listings but they are opportunities. They’re “at bats.” And in this example above, one of those CMA’s converting into a $665,000 listing from a homeowner they hadn’t spoken to in 6 years.

So, how can fuel to the flame and create even more opportunities!

I share exactly how in this short video below:

If you’d like to view an on-demand webinar of Homebot in action, click here.

In this video, I share a simple and effective email that you should send to your database to make it rain CMA’s. Let’s take a look!

Here’s the email for you to swipe:

Hi [First Name],

You’ve been receiving my free wealth-building tool, HomeBot.

I imagine you looked at it and thought ‘my home is worth way more than this.’

Here’s what you need to know: buyers are seeing numbers just like this from Zillow and other platforms. Worse, real estate professionals are relying on tools like this to help them figure out your home’s value as well!

For a home like yours, technology isn’t enough. You need human expertise and storytelling to inspire people to see your home’s value beyond the algorithm.

If you want an expert, human valuation of your home, reply to this email and we’ll take care of the rest.

Copy/paste this email template into your favorite CRM and send it out to all of those “homeowner” leads sitting in your database.

Fire it up, send it out, and let me know how it goes!
