Conversations Create Closings

There are two things that remain true in real estate …

  1. The more conversations you have, 
  2. The more closings you are going to generate

Conversations create closings, period.

If you don’t have enough closings it’s because you’re not having enough conversations. Whether it’s responding to your online leads fast enough, talking to your past clients to ask for referrals, door-knocking and working your farm, etc.

Today’s October 1st and there’s now 91 days left in the year. You can either take time off for the holiday’s (like most other agents will), or you can hustle hard to set more appointments and set the tone for closing the year out strong and starting the new year with some momentum.
