Whenever you close escrow on a transaction, that’s a great opportunity to ask your client for a quick video testimonial that you can post to Facebook Live or Instagram Live. They’ll never be happier than they are right then and there, in that moment, to give you a powerful and enthusiastic video testimonial.
But here’s the other opportunity …
Often times, buyers and sellers don’t see the fires that you’re putting out for them behind the scenes. So while you’re out shooting stories of your listings why not shoot stories on the things you do that make you a solutions-driven realtor.
Sure, brag about your victories (post pictures/stories of your new happy homeowners).
Share your passion (what motivates you, why do you love what you do).
But also, share what makes you the local area specialist as well as a problem solver in your market. Demonstrate how you’re a provider of solutions to buyers and sellers of all shapes and sizes.
Do that, and you’ll win.
